Why dont you just remote to the server, and from the server you can do anythign with the machines in the Domain you want. OR set up a VPN, to each machine and server..

remote access over the internet works on the principle that the ip address is accessable over the internet ..... so you would be able to connect only to the system which is connect to the internet........ of course once you connect to that pc (the pc which is on the internet) you can open another remote access from that pc(the pc which is on the internet) to the other computers on the internal network .

Are you using Linux or windows based software? with Linux you should be able to use putty program for going to the server. And if the server has putty you should be able to putty from the server to the individual computer.
