Iron rusts, it is not rusting.
Pink indicates the silver is rubbing off the copper under it.
You can paint the bracelet with nail polish to stop the problem.
It will not change the pink there now.
Maybe if you rub it you can get an averall pink/silver that is acceptable before coating it.

If you're seeing a pinkish color thru the silver plate, it's the copper base metal of the bracelet. The plating must be very, very thin to be showing thru in 2 weeks. Silver and copper don't rust ... they tarnish and all you can do is keep cleaning it with silver polish or get it re-plated. However, I suspect that re-plating your bracelet will cost you more than you paid for the thing in the first place! Buy a better quality one the next time or buy a solid Sterling silver braclet instead!

Silver will tarnish and turn a blackish color. it will even come off on your skin. If you clean it real good and spray it with a clear acrylic or lacquer it will stay shiny. Make sure the cleaner is all off the surface by washing with mild soap and dry thoroughly before coating with clear.

You can clean the oxidation off, but if it is turning colour then you have a really cheap bracelet and there isnt much you can do. Sorry.

Silver tarnishes, but if cared for properly, it will last a lifetime, easily.
