Since they did not take you in, sounds like they came and got the person they wanted. She apparently is in two marriages. Look at it like this, if it's true at least you won't have to pay any alimony.
The flip side is she's been getting banged by someone else. Unless that's what you were looking for, to hell with her. There's no marriage counselor that can help when it comes to bigamy.

If this is genuine, it would be the person you call "your wife" who has committed bigamy. I don't think that you would have to prove your innocence.
