I have only seen the movie and I thought it was great. Now I keep hearing that the book was the best and the movie does not compare at all. So I am thinking that I will find a copy of the book real soon.

The book was excellent. The Movie didn't measure up. read Brown's other 3 novels. I actually like Demons better than Da Vinci.

Its difficult to bring any movie adapted from a novel on screen with all the excitement with which you have read it. The book was just awesome. The movie was a dud. My friend fell asleep during the movie.

I've read the book & the movie does not come anywhere close to it, also some of the scenes in the movie have no realtion to the book , or at times to any scene in the movie,

The book was a badly written adventure novel, but the movie was worse. I do not see what people saw in the book- it has no literary merit in itself, and people only find it interesting because of the "scoop" against what the "Church has hidden".

I love the book, read it 3 times. When I read it I always pictured Robert Langdon to look like Tom Hanks! I loved the movie to as Tom Hanks is in it and he is my favourite actor!

the book was so good...i finished it in one day. the movie was horrible, no suspense, no action, no thrills like in the book. and i love ian mckellan, so i was sad to see him in something that didn't do as well. thats the way it always is...the book is so good and then ron howard elects tom hanks to do a high-budget movie and it goes down the drain.
