This is a common interview question, yet is very tricky to answer! The key is to make sure your strengths and weaknesses link together and that your weaknesses really sound like strengths.
For example, let's say your strengths are that you are hardworking and personable (friendly). Your weaknesses should relate to these strengths. In this case then, you could say your weaknesses are that you are a workaholic and are easily trusting.
Notice how being a workaholic is similar to being hardworking, and easily trusting people can be a side-effect of being very friendly. Notice that while you have listed attributes that can in fact be seen as weaknesses, they do not actually make you look bad; instead they make your strengths sound even stronger.
It is also important that while you state your strengths and weaknesses you give real-life examples to justify them. That will make it clear to your interviewer that you are not lying and have really introspected to come to these conclusions.

Play up your strengths as long as they are true. Do not mention your weaknesses in your CV. The prospective employer will likely ask you about that during an interview so be prepared though.
Do not elaborate too much on your weaknesses even when asked. Instead, talk about them as areas you're working on to improve and you're making progress in the process...Good luck!

For weaknesses use example that aren't weaknesses for the job involved. For example for accountancy something about being a perfectionist. If you cannot think of a positive weakness, then try something completely unrelated that would have no impact on your being able to do the job. I would have thought if you want to write for a cv service then you should have no problem answering this.

Your skills, qualification, presence of mind and dedication towards work to achive the goal of the organisation is the strength.
Following the path of truth is your weakness.
This are my views. As the person taking your interview knows the world and cannot argue much over it. Every body wants a candidate to follow the path of truth but they themself dont follow (Reasons known to selectors ).
