i need his help but he need my help too.. it is a sex with him.. he said he gave what my family want because he know that i am a very poor person and have a big responsibilty in our family.. What should i do? take it or leave it... please i need all your answer..

Do you mean that he wants sex and in exchange for that he is willing to help your family? DON'T TAKE IT. Women are not merchandise to be sold or exchanged for sex.
If you would have said where (country or city) you are, I might have been able to search for an organization near you that could help you if we are not in your country.

There are organizations around the world that can be of help, many are very small and unknown, yet they are effective in helping people.

If you both are happy with the arrangement of give and take, I do not see the harm. However if you find him disgusting physically, then I would say find someone better suited to your tastes.
