That's a load of crap. She CHOSE to cheat, she can CHOOSE to stop. Don't believe her. If neither of you don't want to reconcile than divorce her. Try to reconcile first.

My first wife had this problem. We were in counseling for 4 years. When we finally got to the root of the problem, what we found is she had some very serious mental issues.
When she was younger 12-13 her father and his co-workers would get her drunk and then all would take turns having sex with her.
Later in life she allowed this to drive her to cheating in every marriage, as a way of getting back at men.
To date she's been married 9 times an had numerous live in relationships etc.
She cannot stop cheating, it's a sickness and although she tries very hard to stop she just can't.

I agree with spanky, she is making the choice to cheat. Tell her you are willing to go to couple's counseling. If she says no, then that might be the time to get out.

There's no such thing as "can't" stop. There's no invisible entity forcing her to cheat against her will. She's CHOOSING to cheat, and rather than saying she "can't" stop, she should really be saying she "won't" stop.
