em im permatly band right know but it want me itds some guy that knows my pass and jaxes found out that someone was haking m acount so they loket my acount and then i got my axcoutn back and i coudnt log in and i went apeeal band or offense and i have 9 offense and the haker got me acount banned cuase he was saying that he would make all the poeple player mods and he got repoted and he did it lots more then i guess i was permantly band so know i aplogysed for everything they acepted it but 1 the last chance apeale its wount let me do anything before i apeal it and ive been waiting for the answer for like a week how long will it take to apeeal it im getting anoyed that jaxes igonres it! so could you answer my qeastion plese!?

This happened to my friends acc, it was locked due to a hacker key logging his acc and commiting runescape offences. You say youve been waiting for a week while for him it took a whole year for it to be unlocked. Jagex does this so when it is re-unlocked it will give you time to change your pass and recovery before the hacker knows its unlocked. When it is eventually unlocked and youd retreive it back from jagex, if you even commit the smallest of runescape offences it will be banned forever. I suggest making a new acc because you obviouisly wont be getting your old one back anytime soon no matter how good an appeal you give.I know its a bit unfair but its really only a game... :(

Could you try to re-organize that question abit? From what i got, some guy hacked and banned your acount, and Jagex found that out and gave your account back and now you cant log in bacause theystill have it banned.
Keep in mind that they do have a lot of other messages to sort through

Its on a case by case basis. If its happened to you more than once they may not unlock it. You need to run some kind of spywear check. I recomend you look for spybot search and destroy. On most sites its free to download. It'll check your computer for spywear and remove it. Hopefully you can find out how he was getting your passwords. Run spybot daily to make sure your system stays clean.
You should start a new character once you know your systems clean. Make sure you set your recovery questions. Hopefully they'll unlock your other character eventually.
