I'm no expert, but you definitely shouldn't be watching T.V for 3 hours, and using the computer for 2 hours. Your eyes are probably straining. Make sure and take breaks every once in a while, look away from the television or the computer. You are sleeping too much as well. The max amount of sleep you need is 8 hours. Getting more than that can naturally wear your body out and that will cause the blueness under your eyes. In some cases your eyes may just be blue underneath. You could have thin skin under your eyes, which is nothing to worry about.

The dark areas under your eyes can be simply because you are fair skinned. It can also indicate allergies. Why have you waited so long before asking your doctor? And how can you try cures when you don't know the cause???? I doubt if it's anything significant but check with your doctor.

it is most likely stress to your eyes, when you drive in the sun, wear sun glasses... if you watch tv, try to sit further away from tv. you might be sleeping too much also...

did you to go an opthamologist, a specialist eye doc...

try that
