17 months ago I had a laceopispic( Not show on the spelling) Tubalation. This month I begain to have pelvis pains and cramping in my stomach. I missed my period one month and it came on the next. I wasn't alarmed because like I said my tubes where tied and cut.One night I begain to have extremmely sharp pains in my stomach that was unbearable. I began to have chest pains where my breathe was getting short and when I stood up I was extremely dizzy.
I was rushed to ER that night and I was told I had a ectopic pregancy. I was 12 weeks pregancy in my tubes. They needed to do Emergency surgery. After the surgery i was told that there was a liter and a half just sitting there in me which was causing me to be dizzy. He said I could have died if I didn't get there when I did. 2 weeks later Im not able to go to work because of all the blood I loss Im still very weak. I can't even stand up more than a minutes. Ihave a lot damaged organ now like tubes, ovary and etc. Do I have case ?

Who knows? I am sure there is a lawyer who would take the case. But there is a lawyer out there who will take any case. The damage to your organs is negligible because you have opted to be sterilized any way with the tubal.

I have known others that have had their tube tied but it didn't stop the egg from trying to drop into the uterus and caused a tubular pregnancy. A liter and a half of what? blood and tissue?
Your blood loss should have allready been replenished within 2 weeks .. it sounds like your having more like panic attacks over the scare.
Any lawyer will take cases for a fee, however, you better get a copy of your medical records from the doctor who performed the operation before you start proceedings or they will adjust the records.

You should just ask a lawyer, most give free consultations. But to be honest I've seen a lot worse situations turned down. Mainly they turn them down because there are so many risks involved with surgery, so unless you die or get seriously injured to the point of needing some sort of assistance for the rest of your life then you really don't have a strong case.

If you are talking grounds for suing whoever did your tubal.......the answer is NO. Tubal ligation isn't 100% and you should have known this.

As far as the hospital that saved your life........again another NO!!

Sorry!

Sounds like the hospital saved your life, why would you want to
sue them?
