It so simple save them to your computer.
Then open them with an adobe photoshop software .
ON THE IMAGE OPTION SELECT IMAGE SIZE THEN CHOOSE YOUR SIZE AND SAVE IT AS THE FORMAT YOU WANT EXAMPLE BMP AND JPEG AT THE PLACE YOU WANT

Download the file to your computer
Open the file by right clicking on it and Selecting "Preview"
The Preview program will reduce the file so it fits in the Preview window while you are looking at it.
If you want to permanent reduce the size of the picture, open it in a graphic editor (such as the Paint program included in Windows) and resize the picture to the dimensions you want it. Then resave the file.
