Look for jobs as script writters around the web. If you're writting a script. Usually you need some background or past achievements. Maybe you could find a competition.

If you're in the UK, try getting in touch with your local screen agency (eg for the East Midlands, try www.em-media.org.uk) This page - http://www.em-media.org.uk/pages/about/screen gives the list...
Give them a call, and talk through your idea with them. If you have a script alread them they may ask you too send it in, or if not, they may be able to look at getting some training/devlopment for you
In anycase, they will be able to give you a good idea as to what to do next
