Well...
For me, that question is like saying "What's your favorite word in the dictionary?". I remember reading a quote that the definition of a bore is a person who, when asked to look up a word in the dictionary, turns right to the word, looks it up, and then closes the dictionary. I've NEVER been able to do that, and I hope I never will.
Now, an EXTREMELY short list of my faves...in no particular order:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Problem_of_Hell
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_eponymous_laws
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_lists_of_fictional_things
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fictional_places
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hammerspace
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_immortality
and of couse, that's just Wikipedia itself...I also love to go into Wikiquote:
http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/The_Devil%27s_Dictionary
http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Robert_Heinlein
or just about anyone else you can think of...and even if some of the claims in an article seem a bit "out there" (see the article on "Hammerspace" above), you can always edit it. Another fun thing to do is follow the links under "See Also" and "External links".
And I seem to find more and more every day...maybe even today!
Hope this helps...

I've read lots of interesting and surprising articles there, but I'm picking the one at the link because it explains Wikipedia itself
