I suppose you could wear it to the beach over a bikini, without the belt.

The belt is great and I like the style of the dress, but the color...eek! And the fact that it's on Lindsay Lohan means the outfit's completely ruined.

It's cute in a way. But there's just something about Lindsay Lohan that makes the whole dress icky. Maybe it's her underweight issue. Whatever the reason, I think it would look better on someone who can pull it off.
