First of all use protect and all condoms come lubed. Also if she is a virgin which means never had sex then yes she will bleed so don't freak out. Be gently with her so that she says never mind let her know that you care about how she feels. Anyways about the back insertion I doubt she will let you the first time considering she will already be sore from the front but if so the condom should be lubercated enough but if not use KY Jelly and make sure its very wet because other wise she will jump about 10 feet lol.
