There'd be a really tense time where the people who are supposed to transport him safely to his trial would be tempted to torture him. What's really scary is, I think that there isn't a jury in America that would convict any person who brings harm to Osama. As far as his execution, we need to get him to the trial alive first. That may be a challenge.

so some distance as I realize it the hirearchy of the terrorist companies is such that mutually as dropping somebody of the better echelons does set plans decrease back somewhat, they continuously have somebody waiting to take thier place. on the region of your question i could say the comparable element. mutually as killing Osama Bin encumbered could set the plans decrease back somewhat, that is going to by no potential be the top the "conflict on terrorism" nor the "jihad against the west". Osama in order that happens to have eluded those looking him thusfar, so he has grow to be an icon because of the fact of that actuality. Even the yank human beings look to have come to the top that his demise could a technique or the different replace issues. regrettably it is only not the case.

Trust me if the US ever found Bin Laden there would be no trial, no public outcry, no chance for public opinion. He is not a world leader and he would be shot dead on sight. As far as Hussain he was a world leader and look at the spectacle made of his hanging the US would never have that ever again. The US would have come out better if they killed Hussain during one of those bombing raids.

I think the US would try to do that. I personally support Osama Bin Laden and have prayed to my God from the days they said he was wanted, that he be protected and never caught. I detest my nations government and people, it is an antichristian society of mostly godless mammonites.

He would be executed, but not by hanging. He would probably get the lethal injection.

However, he is getting pretty old and frail - he may die of natural causes before he is captured, tried, and all of his appeals are exhausted. That could take 15 years!

No. Hanging s not allowed in the US. He would be executed by a different method - mostly likely "old age", as he would probably be the next few decades working through all the appeals, etc. our system allows.
