The British Museum. You can buy copies of Roman busts at reasonable prices. I know it's not in Kent, but they do mail order.

Hi, Bret,
How about getting hold of an old mannequin head from a clothes shop,then making your own bust using moulding kit such as supplied by the magic custard company (magiccustard.com)?
I believe their casting kits are around £39.00. Then the shop can have the head back.
