I personally think white eyeliner looks very fake and sometimes trashy. Keep it natural

Be careful with white eyeliner. A hard white line actually detracts from your eye (people tend to look at the liner and not the eye). It's fine if you have alabaster skin. But if you have a tan or chocolate skin tone, try a bronze-shimmer liner instead. Apply it along the upper lash line It will achieve the result you want from white — a brighter eye — but it will be softer against your natural coloring than pure white. For more of a statement, as you draw the liner on the lid, extend the line up at the outer corner of the eye

white eyeliner gives the effect of being wide awake and brightens up your eyes. if used correctly, it can look really nice on any shape or colour eyes. line the inside crease of ur bottom lid and make sure it doesnt go over where your eyelashes start. to increase the effect, do that 1st and then put black eyeliner on the outside crease where the eyelashes start so that the two colours dont mix and make an ugly grey colour. for oriental eyes, it would help to line the inside corner of the eye with thick black or brown eyeliner both top and bottom because it counteracts the slant. avoid putting eyeliner on the outside corner of the eye. use bronzy, golden shades of eyeshadow on the inner corner to give a more dramatic look. good luck :))

White liner is generally used to create a dramatic eye, so never during the daytime.
Try a sheer shimmer highlighter on the inner corners of the eye during the day...it helps to brighten them, but is much softer to look at. ; )

Typically white eyeliner is used to rim the "wet line" of the eye to make the eyes appear bigger or more open/bright. It's best to then smoke the lashline with a more believable color such as brown or black.

Tyra Banks swears that white eyeliner is a great way to make u appear more awake. just apply it to the lower rim of your eye. it really does wonders.

if you have "tired eyes" then put white eyeliner on your bottom lid...like you would normally do w/ black...then JUST underneath that, use black so that there is a very fine line of white...this makes the eyes appear wider and brighter, so you don't look so tired.

I have a bottle of white mascara. I haven't touched it since being told I look like a confused raccoon. I reckon you'd get the same reaction using your white eyeliner.
LOL!
