I would be inclined to agree with Mark G. Get along to Richer Sounds for better quality seperates equipment. It will not only last longer but will provide you with vastly superior sound quality for your hard earned bucks. £200 should secure an excellent amplifier, cd player and a decent set of speakers as well. I did this a few years ago same and have never regretted it. I have recently added a DAB radio seperate to my system as well. Go have a chat with the RS boys as they know their stuff and are always willing to help.

the perfect idea is to bypass searching on the internet, and skim as many comments as you'll locate. imagine about it, and write down the useful factors you want, and the useful factors you do not desire, and note down fashions which have strong comments. Then bypass right into a strong radio set keep (or similar), and easily pay interest to, and mess round with, the gadgets. Then go searching / search for the internet / telephone round and locate the perfect fee. a good number of Mini structures, have extremely nasty audio device, look out for that. the overall structure of the stereo is a sturdy indicator of all round high quality. (Are the buttons flimsy or is the plastic case extremely light-weight etc.) this is in all likelihood a strong idea to adhere to the nicely favourite manufacturers eg: Panasonic, Sony etc

Why don't you go to Richer Sounds and get something good (ie Hifi Seperates) rather than a Mini. They could do you something for sub 200.
