There are a number of products that detect and remove spyware. Some for free, most with a trial period.
The most effective free one I have found is SpyBot Search and Destroy

Try installing both Lavasoft Ad-ware SE Personal and Spy-bot, they both works well, and are also very popular, do a deep scan and update regularly will ensure you spy-ware free. Microsoft's Window Defender will also help.

There is a free program called LAVASOFT AD-AWARE. You can download this for free, it is excellent in detecting any type of spyware on your pc and its totaly free!
