trackers for runescape?

does anyone know a site that would let me download a tracker for runescape that doesnt have spam or viruses? my friend keeps bragging that he has a tracker and he keeps finding me but he wont tell me what site he got it from if someone can tell me thank you very much

It's total BS and against the TOS, you will get banned for stuff, he is able to find you simply by checking what world you're in on his friend list.
