Aren't the British public sector zombies anyway ? They certainly should be able to deal with their own.

In the event that they don't have a clue what to do - they should employ some completely useless Government Cronies as consultants for an exorbitant fee - that ought to do it.

i doubt it. but with all the movies out there i think it has become common sense to "remove the head or damage the brain"
