If you are in England, this has to be done by a qualified electrician. It's illegal if you do it yourself, unless the work is then certified by a qualified electrician. you might as well get them to do it in the first place.

Adding plug sockets to your house is called Spurring Off.
It's easy and should only take half an hour or so by an electrician.

If you need to ask then you need to get someone to show you and to ckeck what you've done afterwards. If you get it wrong you can make one big mess. Or kill people.
Plus, like in England you may not be permitted to do it without appropriate trade body qualifications. If this is the case don't do it, you void your insurance and risk prosecution. And may make your house unsellable.

if you live in the uk you will need to have all electrical work carried out tested and certified by a certified electrician. if you don't you will find your house insurance invalid.
don't mess with electricity if you don't know what you are doing as it will can kill
