What i mean is does it make it look smaller but when you pull the skin back it looks bigger. Is that a good thing a bad thing, or just a normal thing. I mean i was just curious.

I had it done about two months ago, and it did nothing to effect the size of my penis, its pretty much exacly the same.
Its worth mentioning though that i don't get aroused as much anymore, and it is uncomfortable touching the head of my penis, so think hard before you get it done.

Not only circumcision has no effect on the penis length but also it has strong effect on having safer sex preventing some infections.

Only if they cut off waaay too much. A properly done circumcision would have no effect at all.

It has no significant effect on the length, but it does have a major negative effect on function. You will be less sensitive and enjoy sex a lot less. Your orgasms will be less intense, and you may be unable to climax with intercourse and have to masturbate to finish. Leave your dick the way nature intended!

it can shorten your penis up to an inch and of course you lose some girth at the end.
