you have to have a 360 account

If you mean't yahoo avatars, go to this: http://avatars.yahoo.com/
then you need to sign in and you're ready to design your avatar.

it's called an avatar, to get one, just click on your yahoo answer's profile, and then click on "edit my info" and there, you can create one.
