americans and tea?

Do americans drink tea, In britain we drink about 5 cups a day.
Or do all of you stick to coffee ........ blegh!

Yes we drink tea. Personally I prefer coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon and evening. Sometimes a cola on hot days. Unlike many I do not care for iced tea or coffee.

Hello Sean,
I drink coffee in the morning. I grind my own beans and drink a blend that I buy from a place called The Coffee Beanery, it is a sweet, nutty blended flavor of coffee. I do drink hot tea sometimes, Earl Grey with a bit of milk and sugar.
I am from south Mississippi so we drink tea all the time here as a cold sweet beverage. Iced sweet tea as my daddy calls it. I don't drink any caffeine after 1:00 p.m. because it interferes with my sleep at night so I drink decaf ice tea from a company called Red Diamond.

I'm American, and I love drinking all the Herbal Varieties of Teas ... Fruit Flavors are best. One of the favorite things here in the South of the US is the Iced Teas ... Peach Flavor is tops (along with Raspberry and Lemon), and excellent to take with as you are out and about during the day. I keep a gallon of filtered drinking water with Peach Ice Tea in it in my Fridge already prepared for enjoyment all the time.

They can't make a decent cup of tea that's why. sorry but it's true. The whole time I was there I missed a good cup of tea made by someone who knows how. They have better coffee though.

Here in Australia we drink both tea and cofee,me, I preffer tea because there are some decetant blends out there. I guess people who drink cofee feel the same about their cuppa in the morning :)
