You COULD do any number of things, including putting some software on her computer that captures keystrokes. That's how I got caught. That marriage is over, and needed to be over years before it actually was. However, these sorts of "James Bond" tactics will not actually help anyone.

What would've made me come clean with my ex-husband? If he would have -- for one damn minute -- sat me down, treated me like an actual human being and simply stated that he was worried about our marriage and he wanted to be the one to love and cherish me just like he promised at the altar -- I would've broken down in tears and done anything to make him happy. I probably would've confessed everything if that's what he wanted.

Bottom line -- if you think your wife is cheating, you need to decide if you want her to stop cheating and be with you or if you just could never get over it and you'd want out. If your ultimate goal is to rebuild your relationship to a point where cheating isn't an issue, then I'd suggest an open approach of love and concern instead of being a snoop.

My priest told me that adultery is rarely the fault of only one spouse. If you approach her with the attitude that perhaps BOTH of you need to change your ways, you'll get somewhere. If you're 100 percent finger-pointing, it's not helpful for anyone.

If something about her has changed drastically. If she suddenly is losing weight, getting sexy underwear. Making herself up more.

If she leaves and gives vague answers where she's going for the night, or cannot come up with answers from where she's been.

She either wants no sex, or a lot more (to cover up guilt)

Those are some....

The most obvious way of knowing is to ask her. If you have some specifics--some things that make you suspect your wife, discuss them with her.

If you're not having sex.
If she never comes home during the week or weekend.
You can check her phone records, credit card, etc........

If you have a feeling she's cheating, she probably is.

THINK ABOUT IT IF U SUSPECT IT THINK Y WOULD SHE DO THAT IN MOST CASES A WIFE DOES THAT WHEN SHE FEELS INSECURITY OR U DONT GIVE HER A SUFFICENT BUDGET TO SPEND OR U DONT SHOW HER THAT U LOVE HER THINK ABOUT IT IF U GIVE HER EVERYTHING THEN MAKE HER FEEL MORE LIKE SHES YOUR EVERYTHING AND SHE WILL REGRET EVER CHEATING ON YOU AND IF IT GOES ON MY OPINION JUST DIVORCE AND GET MARRIED TO SOMEONE WHO U FEEL ATTACHED TO AND SHE LOVES U TOO!

unless you catch her in the act you'd have to look out for the late nights, secret phonecalls or hangups when you answer the phone. I wouldn't know really!

if she acts like nothing is wrong. most people will pretend that they are doing nothing wrong when they are messing around. in their eyes its not wrong. they think that they have a human right to not be monogamous. but the only way you will ever really know for sure is if you ASK HER!!!
