I'm not going to do your job for you for free, but I did a search in Google for "impact words" and this was the #1 result. It should help you get what you need.

How about a slogan that integrates the "taste", "health" and the "meatless" aspects, while on the humorous side?

Such as...

Quorn - delicious, healthy, and no animals harmed.

(Sort of like how movies and TV shows say "No animals were harmed while filming this production". Plus the last part of the slogan "no animals harmed" makes people curious to learn more about the product.)

I did this uni project - we had chicken sauce, we called it hmm chicken - we got a first, still to this day don't know how

Quorn means nothing to me as a word, why is it called Quorn? If I'm honest, quorn could do with being renamed

Meat free, guilt free (ie, in terms of it not being fatty and not made from animals)

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. The idea boosts your metabolism and will increase natural ephadrine, the hormone that burns fat. According to Jeya Holly, professor of human nutrition with Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon in your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 percent!

Go bland. Plain, basic, unseasoned food such as grilled chicken, plain rice and a bare-skinned baked potato are nutritious but your palette will tire of these quickly, unlike salty moreish processed food, which keeps you snacking and piling about the pounds.

Chewing your food thoroughly will make digestion easier, but will allow your body time to recognise only when it's actually full, thus preventing pigging out.

"Quorn again" would be catchy for launching a qourn product, like "born again"...
