Why do they all look so young?

Hey, yeah! That's a good question....I came to dislike and eventually stopped using the avatars without realizing why until I read your question. They ARE very young looking aren't they?
You'd think someone in this age of high-tech know-how could certainly design one. Now that you brought this to my attention I am surprised that nobody has hit on it yet.
Here's to hoping one of those creative and clever techies out there brings one to us!

Coz you cannot choose age when personalizing yr avatar, or wrinkles to make you lok older...
But it would be fun, to be able to make yr avatar look 80 for example...
Here on YA we're all young and pretty...fortunatley

I've noticed that the male avatars can achieve an older apperance, but I don't think the females can, ever. I think it's more in the clothing that you choose for it. I think they should come out with some more options, for faces and stuff.

I've seen old men ones ...bald etc, but seems a bit prejudiced to the women

they look young cause most of us want to stay looking it lol ask yahoo, mayb they will up date for you :-)

yah.... i think y! should make more options when it comes to appearance and clothes..i think guy avatars have more options....
