I think it's probably because Mischa Barton left that made the ratings go down.

I think killing off Marissa was part of it. I also think that moving the show to Thursday nights hurt the show. There are too many other great shows on Thursdays to compete with. I will certainly miss the show if CW doesn't pick it up.
