You talk to yourself constantly. I don't mean to be a smartass but you are always talking to yourself either internally and on rare or selective occasions, verbally. The process of thinking is internal dialogue with yourself. I heard a guy say once, 'people who don't talk to themselves (again either internally or externally) are either dead or at least brain dead'. No offense intended but think about it (huh oh, I just suggested that you talk to yourself). Hope this helps.

I only talk to myself in the shower and while I'm walking somewhere alone. So on an average day, maybe half an hour. Unless you count in my head...because I do that a LOT lol

When I blog, I do some self thinking of what has been happening in my life. I write it down and I post it.
The private thoughts, I think about that we I'm having my quiet time with God. I talk to Him as I think back on my actions.

whenever im alone, i start to talk to myself i try to encorage myself or think about something bad in me that i wanna change, i think its very important for us to sit with ourselfs coz it can help us to become a better person and u r right eveybody does!
