WASHINGTON (AFP) - US President George W. Bush said that Saddam Hussein's execution should have occurred "in a more dignified way" and called on Iraq to fully investigate what happened during the hanging...
I wish, obviously that the proceedings had gone in a more dignified way, but, nevertheless, he was given justice that thousands of people he killed were not," Bush said after talks with German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder.
"My personal reaction ... is that Saddam Hussein was given a trial that he was unwilling to give the thousands of people he killed," said the president.
"We expect there to be a full investigation of what took place," he stressed.

President Bush has gone PC on us. He said what was expected of him. He couldn't say what a lot of us were thinking. Thank God the ******* is dead and isn't it funny how his executioners are acting. So much for a full investigation. Why should Saddam have dignity in dying he did not allow his fellow citizens of Iraq to have dignity and he did not even give their bodies back to their families. He already got a lot more justice than he handed out.

I don't understand what ******** means. Of course there were trials in Iraq during Saddam Hussein's rule. Saddam Hussein didn't have the mainstream Western mass media to preach propaganda against his opponents, nor did he have the Hague and its "judges" (Gold stones) for that purpose. Civilians killed in bombings are not tried before being killed, and that doesn't matter if they were killed by Saddam or by Penis Clinton and GE ********. Saddam didn't look for spoiled brats in different countries to pay them to stage "Rose" & "Orange" Revolutions ether.

I don't quite understand what you are getting at... As much as I hate Bush, the first statement makes sense - the excecution was disorderly and had people heckle Saddam.
The third statement though is pretty strange. He had a fair trial - and the people he killed should have had a similar trial? Bush should really be the one talking about fairness and trials - how many trials have there been in Guantanamo?
To the first guy - the press doesn't need to put any words into GW's mouth. He comes up with more than enough on his own. Remember "fool me once, shame on, shame on shame on me?... fool me twice, can't get fooled again." -or- "Rarely is the question asked 'how is our children learning.'"
Here's to 2008!

W was referring to the heckling and the references the witnesses made in regards to El Sader who is a Shia.
Their should have been no politization of his execution.
In other words why **** off the Sunnis, and create more tension between the two factions.
It could have been done in neutral way.

Is it wrong that the president didn't want Saddam's execution to look like it was done by a lynch mob? Rule of law is always a nice thing to have going for you.

America should be the last country to criticize the execution methods of other countries (especially their puppet administrations). The US has tortured numerous people in the gas chamber and on the electric chair. When hanging was extensively used in the US, a standard drop was used so that fat people got a quick death and thin people choked in their own time.

"What the bloody hell is inaccurate with Drudge record?" i might want to respond to that, yet we are allowed merely diverse words. i ask your self in the journey that they could have criticized him if he HAD spoken out? *** Mike: "i do not learn about you, yet i stumble upon it heavily demanding that a president don't have an opinion about the present Israel/Palestine challenge". the right-wingers on right here favor to vehemently perfect those who erringly search for suggestion from with Barack Obama as "President Obama". he's not the President yet, keep in thoughts?

if h had not been killed as quickly as he was it would have only given someone time to get him out of there and sorry but if you remember the twin towers who really cares how it happened as long as it did
