I talked to a lady who said she had been trying for 14 years to get pregnant bc she lost a baby 14 years ago and never thought about getting a dnc b/c she passed it like I did so she never went to the doctor so 14 years later she gets the dnc and the doctor said she would be pregnant in 6 months and she got pregnant 6 months later and had a healthy baby girl

Talk to your doctor. It's not common to do a dnc so long after a miscarriage unless there are major problems that you don't know about or didn't mention here.

That would all depend on the reason for your infertility.
Go see your doc, get examined and ask them. No one at YA can answer this for you with a diagnosis.
