Yes you could be, but I doubt you would have any pregnancy symptoms this early on.
Condoms are not 100% effective, they can spill, break, and the guy might not even be wearing it correctly or taking it off correctly! All of those can end up in pregnancy.
If you feel you might just test, a blood test are the most accurate tests and you can find out quicker if you are. Home tests you'll have to wait until your period has almost arrived before testing.
Good luck with your results!
And from now on I would either stop having sex, or get yourself on more birth control like the pill. If you forget things easily then I would think about the shot or Nuvaring.

OK decemember 31 has not been that long ago. Today is January 5, I think that you are nervous and maybe a little worried and you are noticing things that have been there all along. Yes you can get preg even though you used one, but you should know that it is not 100% Take a deep breath and get a test would be to early right now, or go to the doc.

Condoms are not 100%. If you're not ready for the responsibility of having a baby, don't have sex. Plain and simple.

Okay, altogether now! IF YOU ARE HAVING SEX AND HAVE NOT HAD A HYSTERECTOMY, YOU CAN BECOME PREGNANT. THE ONLY 100% EFFECTIVE BIRTH CONTROL IS TO NOT HAVE SEX.
If you think you may be pregnant, you need to see a doctor, and if your test is positive, you need to start taking care of your baby. And learn to use spell check, please.
