Honestly???......No.
He's so different than the classic James Bond.... But that's the concept of the movie so maybe us believing sth like this is a success for them.

In his defense, he really sounds the part. I just had a hard time looking at him. I kept wondering how many frequencies his ears could pick up. It was like having flash backs of watching Ross Perot on TV. Plus there was the whole blonde issue. It just didn't seem to fit. To me, he also seemed old. I liked the movie, and he did an OK job, but I think they should have found better.

Yes , for James Bond in the present time, if it was like the old films then I would say no, even though he's a proper gent!
