Do oyu have IE7 if so there is something on that new browser that blocks games just went through this with the game place i d/l from and you may have same troubles what you need to do
roll back your IE to the earlier version IE6 and then you will prob be able to use it i had to do same now when you go to do this it may say that other programs are attached it told me this and i had to redownload some things OR you can get firexfox which is better browser
