Nobody really. I know Bryan Adams voice sounds a little like Joe Elliot's of Def Leppard. Maybe Winger is something like Def Leppard.
Sammy Hagar solo will sound like Van Halen (with Sammy Hagar).

80's hair bands. Van Halen, Guns n Roses, and Bon Jovi are some of my favs from the 80's.

i feel def leppard's sound is really unique especially their old stuff. if i have to choose between van and def, i'd surely go for def.
if you like van halen and def leppard, you may also like dokken, judas priest, kiss, scorpions, ufo, MSG,......
