I'm looking for a good band in the Rock/Metal genre. No Punk/Alt Rock/grunge/pop-rock/Post-grunge(Nickelback,Puddle of Mudd, Breaking Benjamin) genres. If its metal, I prefer clean vocals.

I really enjoy bands that have a symphonic and/ormelodic sound to them

best metal band ive been listening to lately is The Refused. "the shape of punk to come" is a particularly good album, but i wouldnt consider it to be punk by any stretch of the imagination.

And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead is an outstanding melodic rock band, not metal surprisingly enough. check em both out.
