Is it a response to terrorist’s call to repentance or genuine conversion from the verity of Islam? Is it true that Ishmael and Hagar of the original true promise while Isaac and Sara are not? and are Americans who covert becoming Ishmaelite and sons of Hagar instead of Sara and Isaac? Is this the reason for war between the Jews and Moslems?

The reason I asked is because the media CNN interviewed an american woman who was in the EID in S/Arabia and claimed that many British and Americans will come. I was wondering if that was true or not? I dont see America from here. I only see CNN potraying Americans as worried people, now voting in Moslems and converting to that religion.. just wondering and inquiring if CNN is giving the correct image?

I don't see anyone converting to Islam in this country. You are smoking some bad hashisha, habibi.
And the yes, the true Arabs(Muslims) are not traced back to Isaac and Sara. Sara is the mother of Isaac, whose descendants are the Jews. Hagar(an Egyptian), the mother of Ishmael, whose descendants are the Arabs/Muslims, was made a promise by God according to the Bible:
8 He said, "Hagar, Sarai's maid, where have you come from and where are you going?" And she said, "I am fleeing from the presence of my mistress Sarai."
9Then the angel of the LORD said to her(Hagar), "Return to your mistress(Sara), and submit yourself to her authority."
10Moreover, the angel of the LORD said to her, "I will greatly multiply your descendants so that they will be too many to count."
11The angel of the LORD said to her further,
"Behold, you are with child,
And you will bear a son;
And you shall call his name [a]Ishmael,
Because the LORD has given heed to your affliction.
12"He will be a wild donkey of a man,
His hand will be against everyone,
And everyone's hand will be against him;
And he will live to the east of all his brothers."
As for Ishmael, I have heard you; behold, I will bless him, and will make him fruitful and will multiply him exceedingly. He shall become the father of twelve princes, and I will make him a great nation.
I find it interesting, though, that the angel of God, as said in Genesis 16:12, "He will be a wild donkey of a man, his hand will be against everyone, and everyone's hand will be against him...."
The descendants of Ishamel (the Arabs/Muslims) cause all the problems in the Middle East as foretold by God because Abraham and Sara took it upon themselves to go against God's will in the first place.

No, most Americans are not converting to Islam. Actually, I think most Americans are becoming more secular due to all of the church scandals and Islams horrible image (Deserved or not). Most Americans do believe in a God, but I see that most Americans are not really religious. (Yes, there is a difference)
Also, the Jewish have always been a scapegoat for whatever social ills are popular of the day. During the medieval ages in Europe, people thought that Jews were spreading the plague when actually it was spread by lice from rats. The Jews didn't catch the plague because they were clean people and didn't have a lot of rats in the area. The popular Jewish resentment dates back to World War 2 when the Ottoman Empire was allied with Hitler. They absorbed Hitlers ideology. Also, the dispute with Israel is partially legitimate because it was the British that took it upon itself to decide where the Jews should live, regardless of the native population. Also, the surrounding neighbors use the issue of Palestinians to further their causes as oppose to solving the issue, and no... nuking Israel is not an answer.

Not even the American relatives of Moslems are converting to Islam. If we wanted to join a fundamentalist polygamist cult that claims both the Hebrew sacred texts and the books of Christianity are confused we would just become Mormons, not Moslems.
Maybe when America allows polygamy some of us will start converting to Islam... Oh, nope, we can join the mormons for that too.

Most convert because of the beauty of Islam; some for the logical, scientific explanations it provides; and some are just searching for acceptance. And by the way, habibi means my love, it just slips off of most Arab tongues in casual speech (I dont speak arabic but I hear it often enough). So when he said are you smoking hashish, habibi I couldn't hlp but laugh lol. Anyway, peace and may we ALL be guided to the right path :)
