Just a hypothetical. I am gay.

The wife straps on a latex dildo and penetrates him....

I think it boils down to ROMANTIC INTIMACY, not the method by which you get off.

If a guy loves his wife and is erotically satisfied by being pumped by his wife, then he is hetero.

Sure he could...the anus isn't exclusively erogenous to gay people (nor is the prostate)...but penetrated by what? another male..then he's gay...by an object that his wife is using..no problem. If you 'reverse the logic' a straight woman who is experiencing anal sex from a male is then really a gay man.

Of course. As Dan Savage said recently "It can't be gay if a man and a woman are doing it.".

The only thing that makes a man gay is if he desires men. Even if he wants to get pounded by ladies with strap-ons and fellate their dildos, it doesn't matter at all, unless he wishes it was a man instead. If he only likes it from a woman, he is straight, or at least some queer version of straight (which is always more fun).

Seriously- I thought you'd know this one!

Sure, but I'd wonder if he'd be happy with only that and not trying the real thing....I had always wondered about having sex with men...after discussing it, my wife purchased a strap on and let me tell you, it was some of the most outstanding sex we ever had....

Now for the rest of the story....after finding out my wife had cheated on me, I decided that I did in fact want to try "the real thing"...I'm now having a bisexual affair that my wife doesn't know about...and trust me, "the real thing" is ever so much better.....

In my oppinion:
Sexuality is fluid. It's not just black and white - there are a million shades of grey. Labels can often be unnecessary or unhelpful in terms of understanding where your own sexuality sits on the scale of gay-to-straight. I also don't think it's useful (or really very justified) to define sexual orientation based on what gives a person phsyical satisfation. If a straight man can enjoy the phsyical experience of receptive anal sex with his wife without being attracted to males, I don't think there's any really question of his sexuality. He just enjoys the phsyical sensation of receptive anal sex - it doesn't imply that he is attracted to men. Just as lesbians can enjoy penetrative sex using strap-ons, without it causing any doubts as to their orientation as lesbians. The enjoyment of penetrative sex is not restricted to heterosexual women; the pleasure is about 1. enjoyment of that particular form of physical stimulation and 2. attraction to the person that you/they are engaging in this sexual act with.
Sorry, that was a bit of a ramble. Hope it makes sense!

Yes, of course. Sexual preference has little to do with which erogenous zones give you pleasure: it has to do with the gender of the person you prefer having sex with.

Lots of straight men like anal sex (both giving and receiving). Lots of gay men don't. That doesn't make either any more or less straight or gay respectively.

Put it this way, he'd be a hypocritical bastard if he disapproved of gays. Plenty of men enjoy anal sex with women, (both receptive and penetrative) but I guess if they're only attracted to women, then they are not gay. I think everyone is bisexual to an extent, in that if they are stimulated in the right areas/regions, they will get turned on somewhat by either sex. But you will only get a delicious feeling with a partner that you have alot of chemistry with.

yeah i think so. considering that the male g spot is located in your *** and any male, gay or straight, is going to find pleasure in having anal sex. it's not about sexuality it's about great sex!

I don't know man. I've been sleeping with this married bloke for over a year now and he seems to like poking me in my bum but will never let me touch his hole. Is he gay? He apparently still loves his wife and kids and only wants me for my hole. Is he gay or straight? Go figure.

Yeha he is a hetero. I mean by all means he is having sex or ebnaging in the act wth a WOMAN. That is what straight it, isnt it?! Having sex or engaging in sexual acts with those of the opposite sex?! Why should he not enjoy his male G Spot. The prostate stimulated Orgasm is the best a man will ever experience.
