Communication is a key to most every situation. My best friend and I can tell each other off, and sit and have coffee in the next breath. We accept each other for who we are and don't hold it against each other--don't let the frustration get out of control--talk about it, and things will be fine. True friends, will accept a talking to about your frustration, and then you move on. Be tactful, but make sure you are clear on your frustration if that friend is a little touchy.

You need to be very careful. Sometimes saying something is just the wrong thing to do. Because, often it is none of your business. But what you can do is to ask them not to discuss each other in front of you if both are not with you at that moment
