I am 19 years old, desperately trying to get out of my parents house. im tired of the everyday drama because my mom and dad just found out my dad has a 15 year old son by another woman. THey have been married for 23 years.. im tired of hearing the fighting all the time. I have had several offers from prospect room mates.. but only 2 are even remotely trustworthy enough to consider moving in with. Is it wrong for a 19 year old female to be room mates STRICTLY roommates ( we both agree becuz i am in a dedicated relationship have been for 9 months) with a 24 year old guy? we have been good friends for several years.

No. I don't think there is any problem with this. People get hung up on age alot, but if you really trust this person then you should consider yourself lucky to have such a friend. Do remember though, that at 19 a commited relationship is likely to change or disolve. You are 19 please don't think that you have to stick with the first adult relationship you have in order to prove how adult you are.

The age difference shouldn't be an issue. The fact that it's with a guy who is not your boyfriend, may be an issue. But, if you three are all comfortable with the living arrangements, then I don't see any reason why you can't be roommates.

You're both legal. The fact that you are asking this as a morality question leads me to believe you have doubts that one or both of you can be trusted though. Make sure you sign a co-habitation agreement for both your sakes before you move in.

It appears like he's depressed. i think of his mom and dad ought to help him. He ought to work out a doctor and get blood artwork performed. this type it somewhat is going to teach if something is to low or to extreme. His thyroids point ought to be to low. that would make him the way he's. good success.

as long as you just stay friends then it shouldnt be a problem but once you take things further it might get a bit messy

i don't see anything wrong with it. guys are easier to live with that girls, too! as long as your bf doesn't have an issue with it, we don't want him to get all jealous and weird... good luck!
