Can there is any other planets in the universe or constellation who is advaced in technolgy or in every aspects of life

We have no way of knowing that for sure. It would be very naive of us to think that we are the only form of life anywhere in any universe.

I can say u that the answer is YES
bcoz ,there r lots of chances that only in this solar system our planet is the only one ,where life exits ,such solar systems r lots in our galaxy it self ,so think of there r innumerable no of galaxies ,atleast in these there will be atleast one.To have a real example some people have seen the UFO many years back ,now in 2006 also some have seen them

So far there is no concrete evidence but there are a number of indications such as the existence of water in some far planets as well as the receiving of radio signals which had traveled very long distance.

this fact can probably be ascertained correctly after 100 years,may be. well for now it is difficult to know as man has not been successful in intergalactic space travel.further it may be possible that there were aliens 5 billionyears ago when there was no life on earth.also we don't know if these aliens are advanced enough to respond to our radio transmissions.probably their fundamental particle may be silicon and not carbon like us. so to ascertain whether there are aliens man at present has many limitations
