If you meant Download then its meaning is:
To transfer from a remote computer to a local computer, usually via a network.
Now you can download things of different types; ex. software, music, videos and the like.
It depends from whom you are downloading and what you are downloading , whether you will need a credit card or not.
But be careful while downloading from the internet. Your computer may get infected by a computer virus or something

Download means to copy something from other pc or network to ur pc. In internet to download(copy) something some websites want money to give u that file u r looking for. So for that u need credit card. BUT MOST WEBSITES ARE FRAUD BECAREFUL.
