Depends on where you and when...
It's been a so-called "warm" winter so we should expect the sakuras as early as mid-March.

So say you're going to Tokyo then expect it by late March.
South from Tokyo, earlier than that.
North from Tokyo, expect that later.

Really wouldn't how the weather might change suddenly, but sakuras seldom bloom in early March. And should February be an Ice Age, the latest it'll be for Tokyo should be after mid April.

Just a hint. Can't guarantee it without God's permission (^-^;)

last year it was about late march/first week of april. but be careful, the cherry blossoms are only there for 2 weeks or so and then they fall down.
