Both are really great but if I had to pick it would be Kung Fu Hustle.No matter how many times I watch it I laugh myself almost silly.Also the fighting scenes are awesome to watch.

I prefer Kung Fu Hustle though Shaolin Soccer is funny too

Having watched both. I find Shaolin soccer light and entertaining. Kung Fu Hustle seem to be made with an intention for the western audience, thus the heavier investment in visual effects.
As a personal preference, its Shaolin Soccer for me.
But which is good, both i would say.

Shaolin Soccer is much better, the other film really dissappointed me to be honest :o)
