perfect fit but you need the whole trans, engine,axles shift linkage,wiring harness,computer. Basically the whole donor car to scavenge parts from duing the swap.

Yes, I know for a fact it will fit. The 2.7 V6 from the Acura Legend was the original V6 that Honda borrowed from Acura and placed in the Accord in 1995 so that Honda could compete with Nissan's 3.0 V6 in the Maxima and the 3.0 in the Camry. It is the same engine, and they had the same transmission, so nothing major should occur.

Yes, but you have to change out the drive train parts along with the engine, because the V6 faces the passenger side and the 4 cylinder the driver side.
