I have www.google.co.uk, configured with 3 internal tabs - one for news and googlemail, one for info gadgets (world time clocks, earthquake watch) and one with little java games. You have to sign up for a google account (free), but it is worth it as there are hundreds of widgets you can add to a set of tabbed pages, including RSS feeds, daily photos, whatever you want, basically.
If you use Firefox as your browser, you can also set a group of pages to open in tabs as your homepage.
