Although Zeus and Cronus fathered many children POSEIDON beats them all. Thetes was said to have had an affair with Poseidon while she was disguised as a cuttlefish. She allegedly produced over a hundred eggs from this encounter. The eggs all hatched and became Deities of the oceans.

Finishing the question would have been a good idea. However, my answer is Cronus, the Ttian father of Zeus. He ate quite a few of his children to avoid the results of a prophecy coming to pass, that he would be overthrown by one of his children. Don't know if this is close to what you were looking for, but if you had finished your question you'd get better answers.
