I love green mango which is unripe fresh from the tree, wash and cut into segments and eat it with sauteed shrimp paste (called bagoong in Philippines). It is delicious!!!

my best experience with a mango was having it served philippines style in cebu. ripe, juicy, sweet. the best mangos in the world come from cebu (my friends from cebu told me this). my worst experience with a mango was when i bought one in thailand and cut it open to find it infested with maggots. disgusting.

They make good desserts (ripe). Put in the fridge for an hour and viola! Just great in every spoonful.
